How the system works: one button is all it takes
The basic principle of our service is remarkably simple and completely reliable, even in stressful situations:
The base station: a compact device placed centrally in your home. It features a powerful speaker and a highly sensitive microphone.
The emergency button: you carry a small, lightweight wireless transmitter with you at all times. In the event of a fall or sudden illness, simply press the button.
The voice connection: the base station instantly connects you to our 24/7 emergency response center. There is no need to reach for a telephone. Even if you speak too quietly or are unable to respond, our staff will immediately know who you are and where you live.
Maximum flexibility: wearing options
Everyone has different habits. That is why our emergency transmitter can be fully adapted to your personal preferences:
As a wristband: worn like a watch, the button is always within easy reach on your wrist. The material is skin-friendly and flexible.
As a pendant: the transmitter is worn on a discreet chain or cord around the neck. It sits flat and can be worn under clothing if preferred.
Waterproof design: whether worn on the wrist or around the neck — the transmitter is fully waterproof. It does not need to be removed while showering or bathing, and shouldn't be, as the bathroom is where the risk of falls is particularly high.
Safety on the go: the mobile GPS emergency system
Do you enjoy spending time in the garden, going shopping, or taking walks in the park? Our standard service works in and around the home. For active users, we also offer an optional mobile GPS version:

Individual emergency contacts: you provide us with the phone numbers of people you trust. This could be family members, neighbors, friends, or your home care service. Depending on the severity of the incident, the response center will first contact these individuals.
Secure key storage service: in an emergency, every second counts. To ensure that firefighters or paramedics do not lose valuable time or cause damage at a locked door, we offer a professional secure key storage service. Your front door key is securely stored — for example, in a certified key safe on-site or with a cooperating security service — so that authorized responders have immediate and reliable access to your home.
